Why Have My Login Details Stopped Working?
To protect this site from password trading sites there is a password protection system installed on the server. If the same username and password is used by more than one user at a time the username will be suspended, To avoid this happening, never share your username and password. Please also choose username and password combinations which are hard to guess and always use alpha-numeric log-ins. If your login details do stop working please e-mail us with either your subscription number, transaction number or the e-mail address you used when joining and we'll get straight back to you. Please also note that usernames and passwords are cAsE sENsiTivE.
Cancelling Your Subscription
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just click on the following link -

If you encounter any problems, just e-mail us at webmaster@petitegirlsmasturbating.com with either your subscription number, transaction number or the e-mail address you used when joining and we'll cancel your subscription for you. You can cancel right up to the day before your subscription ends. It doesn't matter when you cancel your subscription during the month, you will of course still have access to the Members Area until the 30 days are up. You will usually receive an e-mail confirming your cancellation within a few hours. This is sent to the e-mail address you used when subscribing, if you have changed your address you obviously won't receive the e-mail! If you think this has happened, just e-mail us your new address and we'll confirm the cancellation on the new address.

If you've forgotten your username and password, please e-mail us with either your subscription number, transaction number or the e-mail address you used when joining and we'll get straight back to you. Please note that your subscription number, transaction number or e-mail address is needed so that we can verify that you are the account holder before we send you any log-in details.
Will You Ever Contact Me?
When you join you will be sent an email confirming your subscription details. Other than that, the only other time we will email you is if you e-mail us first! You will never receive spam and we will never distribute your email address to anyone else. If you are at all worried, we suggest that you sign up for a free email address (Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) and use that address to join.
